How do I place an order?

Placing an order couldn't get any easier. Simply click on the product, and add it to your cart. Click on your cart to proceed with the payment. You will receive an email confirmation of your transaction.

What if the item I purchased is not identical to what I see online?

While we try our very best to ensure product colors shown are a true depiction of the actual product colors, we do not guarantee a true color match. There may be slight variations in fabric texture or fabric/beads color contrast when comes to photography and screen resolutions. We promise, however, that any variations are slight and minimal.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

 All of our products are exclusive. Our small, dedicated team crafted small eye catching details to perfection. They tenderly handmade with great passion and it takes a lot of hard work, time and effort. However, we will continue to work harder to ensure that products are restocked frequently and updated accordingly.


What are the methods of payment? And processed of orders?

Once the selected merchandise is in the cart icon, you have the option to pay with all major credit or debit cards listed on the website. We uses Paypal to process all orders securely and you may also use your PayPal account as highly recommended.

Is my financial/personal information protected?

Protecting your personal financial information is very important to any one of us, which is why we use PayPal to process our orders. PayPal uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt and protect all information transmitted to them throughout the process of your order. 

Under no circumstances will we sell or loan your personal information to third parties. Any information that we collect from the order or feedback form are only used to send orders to our clients directly and to reply to their inquiries.

 How long will I receive my order?

We work hard to fill your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. If your order is outside of Malaysia and Singapore, please note that it will take a little longer as it depends on the mailing process. 


We take pride in our products and want your shopping experience with us to be the best. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange your items (must be unworn tags, no pinholes and in the original condition it was sent) within 15 days of items received.

A full refund will be issued once the item is returned to us and we have inspected it. Please do note that we do not pay for shipping costs of returning your item unless the return is to be made based on an error from our end (for example you received the wrong item)
